the events in the park continue to create as much sustained disturbance
over the weekends as we've had to endure this past weekend, I can assure
you, there will a large coalition of people protesting the activities. I would appreciate knowing the details of the terms and conditions for a contract to use the park for events atPark Central. Thank you.

| Open Air Denver 2009 concluded yesterday evening largely without incident and just a wee bit past schedule. Thanks to you who came! You played your music, supported our favorite artists, danced in the rain and cleaned up the scene each evening. It'was a ball, Thank You, Thank You! The funnel cloud and sirens overhead on Sunday were just a bit disconcerting, but as we say, the show must go on- and it did! We had a gang of talented performers this year and we count Open Air Denver 2009 a big success, see you next year! |

Open
Air Denver is an annual event highlighting some of the many talents
playing today in our fair city's Open Mic scene. Some will go home and
put away their guitars for another year, others will go on to make a
local splash, and others [Isaac Slade anyone?] will reverberate through
the ears and speakers of and international audience. For years American
airwaves have been clogged with regulation and corporate consolidation
that limits the music we are exposed to. Many listeners are left
reminiscing of the old days when musicians cared about music. The
artists you hear at your local open mic nite are singing songs about the
good ol' days of your future. They're free, check 'em out!
